Was established in 1997; The Company arises as a result of the fusion of the ten-year experiences, which the two founder consociates acquired previously in the lubrication and hydraulics sector.
The operating seat is located in Capannori (LU), location place of the homonymous paper district; in the first five year of activity in fact Bertacchi & Filippi Impianti has operated mostly in the paper industry, achieving a know how, which has led up to day to the acquisition of about 800 Customers covering the whole domestic territory.
The inquiries, coming from the customers, have led the technical office to acquire the capability to plan and design the most different plant typologies, concerning both the lubrication and the hydraulics; the cost of these plant can be hoc defined and it oscillates according to the dimensions of the installed components.
The Company counts today a total of 10 employees and a turnover of about Euro 2.200.000 . The range of our products is various, as follows :
Oil lubricating systems
Groups for the Cooling, Heating, Filtering and Delivery Controls, that can be applied to any existing plant .
Lubrication stations and flow meter groups with the control and the adjustment of the oil delivery on each point and the possibility to set 3 alarm thresholds.
Stations for customized applications according to the needs and the application requirements of our customers .
Grease lubricating systems
Pumps and components for installations of any type, with double line systems, progressive and volumetric with controlled deliveries, that are adjusted by electrical panels and timers.
Hydraulic Plants
Hydraulic stations to satisfy all Customer’s need, thanks to a big experience in the designing of the plant according to specific requests.
Hydraulic cylinders made to measure according to the ISO standards.
Manufacturing of the cylinders according to the rules ISO 6020/2. Manufacturing of the welded cylinders: Standard.
