GREASE lubricating system
The GREASE lubricating system, allows to have the grease distribution on each single point of any machinery.
The system, adopted by BERTACCHI & FILIPPI Impianti Srl, is a Progressive type.
The progressive type allows to distribute the required grease quantity and you have the certainty that the lubrication has been effected on every point of machinery even having very big dimensions.
Our grease pumping stations allow, by the electric panel and the sensors, that are installed on the proportioning devices MASTER, to control the quantity of GREASE, which we want to deliver by a pre-set cycle number and , in the case in which, the grease does not reach some points, they allow to have an alarm. “In addition to the above said, the plant can be realized in different phases, limiting in this way the investment .” We begin with the centralization of all the points of the Machinery, having a difficult access, in other points along the machinery to re-connect them in only one point, which then can be made automatic or timed by our pumping stations.
